Hires Malcolm Persen as Chief Financial Officer
(15 April 2004) Radyne ComStream
has hired Malcolm Persen as its Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of
Finance. Garry Kline will remain as Vice President and Corporate
controller.
Mr. Persen comes to Radyne ComStream after
serving as CFO of DW Acquisition Company of San Diego, California, a marketing
investment firm from 2002 to present. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Persen served as
Group Financial Officer of Avnet Global Services, a Fortune 500 electronics
distribution company located in Phoenix, Arizona.
Mr. Persen has an
MBA degree from Dartmouth College and a BA from The Colorado College and has
served as Adjunct Professor of Finance teaching to full time undergraduate
finance majors at Boston College.
