Regulatory Approval For Acquisition Of Passive Microwave Devices Product

(5 May 2008) Com Dev USA, LLC, a
subsidiary of Com Dev International Ltd., today announced that it been granted
regulatory approval from the Committee for Foreign Investment in the United
States (CFIUS) for its proposed US$ 12.2 million acquisition of the Passive
Microwave Devices product line from L-3 Communications.
Com Dev
USA expects the acquisition to close by May 9, 2008.
