Ventures Names Susan Miller Senior Vice President for Satellite
Services

Ventures (MSV) today announced the appointment of Susan Miller, a 20-plus year
veteran of the satellite services industry, to the position of senior vice
president for satellite services.
Ms. Miller will take charge of
the overall management and direction of MSV's satellite services
business.

satellite-terrestrial network and North American spectrum provides MSV and its
partners an enormous market opportunity to offer a wide variety of advanced
services to the market," said Alexander H. Good, MSV's chief executive officer,
president and vice chairman of the board. "I am absolutely delighted to have
Susan join our MSV executive team. Her industry experience, knowledge and
record of achievement will be a tremendous asset for this company as we
progress toward the launch of our new satellites and delivery of cutting-edge
services over our next-generation network."

solutions to enterprise customers throughout North America," Ms. Miller
said.
Prior to this appointment, Ms. Miller held a number of industry
leadership positions including president and chairman of the board for Intelsat
General Corporation, a subsidiary of Intelsat Ltd. There she was responsible
for the leadership and management of Intelsat's business serving the U.S.
government military and civilian agencies, NATO country military business, and
commercial operations. Additionally, she served in a variety of executive and
leadership positions with COMSAT Corporation and later Lockheed Martin World
Systems. As vice president of engineering and operations for Lockheed Martin
World Systems, she was responsible for all engineering and operations
functions, research and development programs, technical support programs,
market analysis and service development initiatives. Ms. Miller holds a
master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern
California and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute.
John Mattingly, the previous head of MSV
Satellite Services, will now focus his efforts on MSV's satellite transition
projects, strategic initiatives and international spectrum
negotiations.

MSV is Redefining Wireless
Communications through its development of a hybrid satellite-terrestrial
communications network, based on MSV's patented ancillary terrestrial component
(ATC) technology. The company expects its next-generation network will provide
seamless, transparent and ubiquitous wireless coverage of the U.S. and Canada
to conventional handsets. MSV plans to launch two of the most powerful
commercial satellites ever built that will enable this network to support
communications in a variety of market sectors including public safety, homeland
security, aviation, transportation and entertainment, by providing a platform
for interoperable, user-friendly and feature-rich voice and high-speed data
services.
