Gerow President Of U.S. Operations

Systems AB, a DataPath company specialising in compact, quick-to-air and
easy-to-use mobile satellite communications equipment, has named James Gerow as
president of Swe-Dish Satellite Systems Inc., the company's business unit that
focuses on the U.S. market.
Before joining Swe-Dish, Gerow was
with U.S. Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR), where he gained extensive
experience in the deployment and operation of advanced communications systems.
Prior to SOCEUR, Gerow served as a program manager at U.S. Special Operations
Command (SOCOM) and as an engineer with the Naval Air Warfare Center. Gerow had
served as senior vice president of Swe-Dish's U.S.-based operations since
joining the company in 2003.
"Jim has been working in the industry for a
long time and is well established within the defence and government market,"
said Lars Jehrlander, CEO of Swe-Dish. "He provides valuable insight for us on
the U.S. DoD communications architecture as well as on product improvements as
