NSSL Enhances Industry-Leading Airtime Management Portal

(20 March 2008) NSSL, the international satellite communications provider, has improved its industry leading Airtime Management Portal, which allows customers to access account information from any internet connection in the world.

The enhancements to the system give users greater control over their terminals and better information about where and how their communication equipment is being used.

Specific improvements to the system include:

• Usage monitoring and alerts: Multiple users can be informed when a spend limit is reached preventing users unknowingly exceeding their spend limits
• Incremental alerting: The new system allows for incremental reporting at pre-defined cost limits. For example, users can be informed every time 1000 more minutes are spent
