solutions, today announced that together with Advanced Digital Broadcast (ADB),
it is providing Hungarian satellite and cable operator Hello HD Platform with
an end-to-end solution for the roll out of its new 'Hello HD' service -
Hungary's first commercial high definition (HD) offering.
Hello
HD Platform has selected the solution, which comprises Osmosys software and MHP

services.
Hello HD, Hungary's latest television platform provider, is to
be launched on May 1st and offers consumers top quality services loaded with

Hello HD services are operated by HD Platform Kft. The firm
completed the complex technical development required for this pioneering
service in Hungary in less than three months. "The goal of Hello HD is to
become Hungary's leading HD platform service provider. Such a unique
development in Central Europe could not have been accomplished without close
co-operation between leading technical firms in the industry," said
Károly Vaczkó, Technical Director, Hello HD
Platform.
"With the launch of Hello HD, the digital conversion really
begins in Hungary. We are delighted to be launching the services with such an

exciting, engaging experience for our subscribers," said Andras Schmideg, CEO,
Hello HD Platform. "We are confident that Osmosys' solutions will offer us an
easily manageable and reliable platform from which we can roll out an excellent
service to our customers, and we look forward to working closely alongside the
company in the future as we enhance our offering."
Osmosys' suite of
middleware, applications and system solutions provides an advanced broadband
and broadcast solution for new digital television markets and is now deployed
in millions of homes world-wide. It offers a host of features and capabilities
both at the head-end server side and on Osmosys powered digital set top
receivers, to provide an enhanced interactive TV experience for today's
demanding television audience. Hello HD Platform plans to deploy further
advanced services in the near future, with on-demand programming planned for
August 2008, powered by the Osmosys PushVOD solution.
"When launching a
brand new service, reliability and flexibility are essential. By selecting
Osmosys' interactive television software and solutions, Hello HD Platform can
offer innovative and exciting applications as it rolls out its services, with a
solid and proven technical architecture and roadmap as it plans an even greater
offering to its subscribers in the future," said David McElhatten, Managing

Platform in this landmark deployment in the Hungarian market, and are confident
that Osmosys' expertise will enable it to become a great success."
ADB

enable Hello HD Platform to offer a wealth of advanced services including HD
premium content.
