Payment Methods
We can accept payment by a wide range of credit cards through PayPal as well as payments using PayPal itself. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card using PayPal. You can make payment by crediting Microcom's PayPal account directly.
We can accept payment by cheque and bank transfer in any major currency. If you would like to make payment in a currency other than pounds sterling, euros or US dollars, please let us know and we will quote you a price.
VAT
VAT is payable at a rate of 20.0% by all customers in the UK. VAT is payable at a rate of 20.0% by all customers in the EU who do not supply a valid VAT registration number at the time of their order. No VAT is payable by other customers.
Distribution and Publication
The Space Newsfeed website is updated daily and has a monthly readership of between 20,000 and 23,000. Pageviews vary from 60,000 to 70,000 per month.

Guidelines
Creatives must respect trademarks and copyright laws in both the country of origin and in the UK. The advertiser will be reponsible for any illegal usage and will protect Microcom Systems from all claims, expenses and damages from illegal usage.
Creatives must be provided by 5pm GMT on the Friday before publication.

Closing Deadlines
Space Newsfeed's daily email newsletter is sent every weekday evening and Space Newsfeed's weekly email newsletter is sent late every Saturday evening. Creatives should be sent by the close of business (5 pm GMT) the previous day.
Cancellations after the closing deadline will result in the full payment for the ad.
